Shipping & Delivery

We want your Salted Shiba bandanas to reach you safely, without making shipping more expensive than it needs to be. That's why we offer three delivery options.

CTT — Affordable Standard Shipping

Our standard shipping option is CTT, the Portuguese postal service.
It's not the fastest way to deliver a package, but it's reliable and reasonably priced.
Delivery usually takes:

• within Portugal: up to 1 week
• within the EU: up to 2 weeks.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Postal services sometimes take longer, and unfortunately, we can't make the postman run faster!

Local Courier — Lucky You!

If you happen to live near us, you might be in our local delivery area!
We offer personal courier delivery to a small area around our workshop in Portugal. It's affordable, convenient, and usually quite fast.
Our delivery area is admittedly tiny, but if you're inside it, you're in luck!

A Little Note About Delivery Times

All delivery times are estimates, not promises. Once your package is on its way, actual delivery times depend on the carrier.
Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated based on your address at checkout.
